PLATE SEPARATION TYPE ANTI DEWING FIRE DOOR
The present invention relates to a fire door. The fire door comprises: an inner plate (20) which is an indoor side plate; an outer plate (10) which is an outdoor side plate; an adhesion plate (40) connected to the outer plate (10); and a middle plate (30) connecting the adhesion plate (40) and the inner plate (20), wherein the middle plate (30) is bent. A connection unit between the inner plate (20), the middle plate (30), the adhesion plate (40), and the outer plate (10) is formed at an end of a main body of the fire door. The connection unit between the each plate is separated. While a plate-type insulation material (50) is inserted into the plates separated, a rivet (99) is connected. An integrated contact point between the inner plate (20) and the outer plate (10) is not formed on a plane cross section. According to the present invention, the indoor side plate and the outdoor side plate of the fire door are not separated, and an indirect connection structure using the adhesion plate (40) and the middle plate (30) connecting the indoor side plat and the outdoor side plate is built. So, the fire door maximally suppresses heat conduction between indoors and outdoors through the plate of the fire door. Therefore, the fire door can suppress surface cooling frequently occurring an edge of the plate in the fire door in a winter season and dew condensation due to the surface cooling.
본 발명은 방화문에 관한 것으로, 실내측 판체(板體)인 내판(20)과 실외측 판체인 외판(10), 외판(10)에 결합되는 접판(40), 접판(40)과 내판(20)을 연결하는 중판(30)이 절곡되어 구성되고, 이들 내판(20), 중판(30), 접판(40) 및 외판(10)간 접합부가 방화문 본체 단부(端部)에 형성되되, 각 판체간 접합부가 이격되고 이격된 판체 사이에 판상(板狀) 단열재(50)가 삽입된 상태에서 리벳(99)이 체결됨으로써, 평단면상 내판(20)과 외판(10)간 일체의 접점(接點)이 형성되지 않도록 한 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 방화문의 실내측 판체와 실외측 판체를 분리할 뿐 아니라, 실내측 판체와 실외측 판체를 연결하는 중판(30) 및 접판(40)을 통한 간접 체결 구조를 구축함으로써, 방화문 판체를 통한 실내외간 열전도를 최대한 억제할 수 있으며, 이로써 동절기 방화문 내부 판체의 외곽부에서 빈발하는 표면 냉각 및 이로 인한 결로 현상을 억제할 수 있다.
