PERFORATED PANELS FOR ACCESS FLOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is an invention related to a perforated panel for an access floor. The present invention comprises: a perforated panel having fluid flow grooves formed on an upper plate; a rib dividing four fluid flow grooves formed in the upper plate into one grid unit, and reinforcing the upper plate; and a two-stage gradient formed in the fluid flow groove, thus the present invention reinforcing through an increase in number of ribs and increasing the size and thickness of the rib without changing the number, rate of aperture opening, and area of the fluid flow grooves provided on the perforated panel.
액세스 플로어 퍼포레이트 패널에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은, 상판에 유체 유동홈들이 형성된 퍼포레이트 패널; 상기 상판에 형성되는 유체 유동홈 4개를 1개의 격자 단위로 구분하고 상기 상판을 보강하는 리브; 및 상기 유체 유동홈에 형성된 2단 구배;를 포함함으로써, 퍼포레이트 패널에 주어지는 유체 유동홈의 수와 개공율, 면적 변화를 주지 않으면서 보강 리브의 증설과 리브 크기 및 두께 증가를 통해 보강한다.
