NOISE REDUCTION METHOD BETWEEN FLOORS IN REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDINGS
According to the present invention, a method of reducing noise between floors of a reinforced concrete apartment building comprises: a step of installing a concrete slab; a step of installing a sound insulation reinforcement member having sound insulation performance such as reclaimed rubber on the concrete slab by enclosing the concrete slab; a step of installing a mesh member to enclose the sound insulation reinforcement member; a step of mixing artificial mineral fiber having insulation performance with floor mortar to install a composite mortar layer on the mesh member; and a step of constructing a floor finishing material on the composite mortar layer. The step of installing the sound insulation reinforcement member by enclosing includes a process of forming a plurality of through holes arranged on the sound insulation reinforcement member at regular intervals. The step of installing the mesh member prepares a plurality of mesh members where eyes of different sizes are formed, or arrays of eyes formed in an equal size are differently arranged.
본 발명의 철근콘크리트 건축물의 층간소음 저감 공법은, 콘크리트 슬라브를 설치하는 단계; 상기 콘크리트 슬라브 위에 재생고무와 같은 차음성능을 가진 차음보강부재를 감싸서 설치하는 단계; 상기 차음보강부재를 감싸도록 메쉬부재를 설치하는 단계; 상기 메쉬부재 위에 단열성능을 가지는 인조 광물 섬유를 바닥몰탈에 혼합하여 복합몰탈층을 설치하는 단계, 및 상기 복합몰탈층 위에 바닥마감재를 시공하는 단계를 포함하고; 상기 차음보강부재를 감싸서 설치하는 단계는, 상기 차음보강부재에 소정 간격으로 배열된 다수의 관통홀을 형성하는 과정을 포함하고; 상기 메쉬부재를 설치하는 단계는, 서로 다른 크기의 눈을 형성하거나 동일한 크기로 형성된 눈의 배열을 서로 다르게 배치한 복수 개의 메쉬부재를 구비한다.
