According to an embodiment of the present invention, the transfer device comprises: a guide rail installed in a rail storage groove formed along a floor of a passage; a vehicle moved along the guide rail; and a cover opening and closing an opening of the rail storage groove. The present invention provides the transfer device which can perform a safe transfer work.
