The reinforcement plate for arriving safe slime
The present invention relates to a reinforcement plate for slime placement and, more specifically, relates to a reinforcement plate combined with an end of a pile constructed to reinforce the ground. The present invention comprises: a body plate combined with an end of the pile; and a slime placement pipe having a pipe shape having an end combined with a side of the body plate. When the pile is inserted into the ground, the slime placement pipe is easily inserted into a punched hole wherein slime is made to make the pile settle. The present invention is capable of easily securing support force for a front end of the pile by easily inserting the pile into the hole wherein the slime, through a weight or pile driver and then supporting the pile through a support layer as the reinforcement plate, has a wedge shape and is combined with an end of the pile.
본원발명은 슬라임 안착용 보강판에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 지반을 보강하기 위하여 시공되는 파일의 일단에 결합되는 보강판에 있어서, 파일의 일단에 결합되는 판 형상의 몸체판과, 관 형상의 부재로 일단이 상기 몸체판의 일면에 결합되는 슬라임 안착관으로 구성되되, 상기 파일이 지반에 삽입될 때 상기 슬라임 안착관이 슬라임이 있는 천공홀에 용이하게 파고들어 상기 파일이 안착되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 쐐기형상으로 되어 있는 보강판이 파일의 일단에 결합되어 있어 파일이 자중 또는 항타에 의해서 파일이 슬라임이 있는 구멍에 손쉽게 파고들어 지지층에 지지됨으로 인해 파일의 선단 지지력 확보가 용이하다.
