PORTABLE APPARATUS FOR VENTILATING GAS OF MANHOLE
The present invention relates to a portable manhole gas ejector used for discharging harmful gas in a manhole in order to protect a worker. In the portable manhole gas ejector according to the present invention, a housing (10) is formed in a triangular shape having three curved sides (12), a mounting hole (14) is formed in the center of the housing (10), a ventilator (20) is mounted in the mounting hole (14) of the housing (10), a power controller (30) is mounted on an top surface of the housing (10), a battery power supply device (40) is electrically connected to the power controller (30) by an electric wire (41) such that operation of the ventilator (20) is controlled by the power controller (30), a flexible duct (50) is connected to the housing (10) such that an upper end of the flexible duct (50) is connected to the ventilator (20), three receiving portions (16) are formed in the housing (10) to have a curve shape along the curved sides inside the curved sides, a holder (60) having a curve shape is installed in each receiving portion (16) to be drawable, a cut portion (18) and an opening (17) of each of the receiving portion (16) are formed in each of the curved sides (12), wherein the opening (17) is disposed to be close to one end of the curved sides and the cutting portion (18) is formed long along the curved side (12), and a knob (65) of the holder (60) protrudes externally through the cutting portion (18).
본 발명은 작업자를 보호하기 위해 맨홀 내부의 유해가스를 배출하는 휴대용 맨홀 가스 배출기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 맨홀 가스 배출기는 하우징(10)이 3개의 만곡 측면(12)을 가진 삼각형 형상으로 형성되고, 하우징(10)의 중앙에 장착구멍(14)이 형성되며, 하우징(10)의 장착구멍(14)에 환풍기(20)가 장착되고, 하우징(10)의 상부면에 전원 컨트롤러(30)가 장착되고, 전원 컨트롤러(30)에 배터리 전원장치(40)가 전선(41)에 의해 전기적으로 연결되어, 전원 컨트롤러(30)에 의해 환풍기(20)이 작동이 제어되고, 하우징(10)에 플렉시블 덕트(50)가 연결되어, 환풍기(20)에 플렉시블 덕트(50)의 상단이 연결되며, 하우징(10)에 3개의 수용부(16)가 형성되어, 수용부(16)가 만곡 측면의 안쪽에 만곡 측면을 따라 곡선 형태로 형성되고, 각각의 수용부(16)에 곡선 형태의 거치대(60)가 인출 가능하게 장착되고, 만곡 측면(12)에 절개부(18) 및 수용부(16)의 개구부(17)가 형성되고, 개구부(17)가 만곡 측면의 일단에 근접하게 배치되며, 절개부(18)가 만곡 측면(12)을 따라 길게 형성되고, 거치대(60)의 노브(65)가 절개부(18)를 통해 외부로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a portable manhole gas ejector used for discharging harmful gas in a manhole in order to protect a worker. In the portable manhole gas ejector according to the present invention, a housing (10) is formed in a triangular shape having three curved sides (12), a mounting hole (14) is formed in the center of the housing (10), a ventilator (20) is mounted in the mounting hole (14) of the housing (10), a power controller (30) is mounted on an top surface of the housing (10), a battery power supply device (40) is electrically connected to the power controller (30) by an electric wire (41) such that operation of the ventilator (20) is controlled by the power controller (30), a flexible duct (50) is connected to the housing (10) such that an upper end of the flexible duct (50) is connected to the ventilator (20), three receiving portions (16) are formed in the housing (10) to have a curve shape along the curved sides inside the curved sides, a holder (60) having a curve shape is installed in each receiving portion (16) to be drawable, a cut portion (18) and an opening (17) of each of the receiving portion (16) are formed in each of the curved sides (12), wherein the opening (17) is disposed to be close to one end of the curved sides and the cutting portion (18) is formed long along the curved side (12), and a knob (65) of the holder (60) protrudes externally through the cutting portion (18).
본 발명은 작업자를 보호하기 위해 맨홀 내부의 유해가스를 배출하는 휴대용 맨홀 가스 배출기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 맨홀 가스 배출기는 하우징(10)이 3개의 만곡 측면(12)을 가진 삼각형 형상으로 형성되고, 하우징(10)의 중앙에 장착구멍(14)이 형성되며, 하우징(10)의 장착구멍(14)에 환풍기(20)가 장착되고, 하우징(10)의 상부면에 전원 컨트롤러(30)가 장착되고, 전원 컨트롤러(30)에 배터리 전원장치(40)가 전선(41)에 의해 전기적으로 연결되어, 전원 컨트롤러(30)에 의해 환풍기(20)이 작동이 제어되고, 하우징(10)에 플렉시블 덕트(50)가 연결되어, 환풍기(20)에 플렉시블 덕트(50)의 상단이 연결되며, 하우징(10)에 3개의 수용부(16)가 형성되어, 수용부(16)가 만곡 측면의 안쪽에 만곡 측면을 따라 곡선 형태로 형성되고, 각각의 수용부(16)에 곡선 형태의 거치대(60)가 인출 가능하게 장착되고, 만곡 측면(12)에 절개부(18) 및 수용부(16)의 개구부(17)가 형성되고, 개구부(17)가 만곡 측면의 일단에 근접하게 배치되며, 절개부(18)가 만곡 측면(12)을 따라 길게 형성되고, 거치대(60)의 노브(65)가 절개부(18)를 통해 외부로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
