Precast concrete slabs using joint block
The present invention relates to a precast concrete slab, a precast concrete slab structure using a joint block, and a construction method and a repair method for a precast concrete slab structure. PC slabs are assembled and connected to each other on an upper part of a lower ground in the PC slab structure. Each of the PC slabs has a plurality of dowel bars opened to the upper part having a predetermined length, and the plurality of dowel bars installed at fixated intervals on a side. The PC slabs are in contact with each other by corresponding to a position in which a dowel bar pocket is formed. A site grouting space is formed by the dowel bar pocket. Mortar is injected into the site grouting space while the dowel bar is installed in the site grouting space, thus a joint block is formed and the PC slab connected.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브, 조인트 블록을 이용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브 구조물, 그 프리캐스트 콘크리트 슬래브 구조물의 시공방법 및 보수방법에 대한 것이다. 하부지반의 상부로 PC 슬래브들이 서로 조립되어 체결되는 PC 슬래브 구조물에 있어서, 상기 PC 슬래브 각각은, 측면에 서로 소정간격 이격되어 구비되며 특정깊이를 갖고 상부측으로 개방된 다수의 다웰바 포켓이 형성되며, 상기 다웰바 포켓이 형성된 위치에 대응되어 상기 PC 슬래브들이 서로 측면접촉됨으로써, 상기 다웰바 포켓에 의해 현장그라우팅 공간을 형성하게 되고, 상기 현장그라우팅 공간에 다웰바가 설치된 상태로 몰탈을 주입, 그라우팅하여 조인트 블록을 형성하게 됨으로써, 상기 PC 슬래브가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 블록을 이용한 PC 슬래브 구조물에 관한 것이다.
