PAINT SPRAYING DEVICE OF A TRAFFIC LINE PAINTING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a paint spraying device mounted on a traffic line painting machine to paint a traffic line on a surface of a road surface. According to the present invention, a paint melted from a painting fusing tank is supplied to a paint supply impeller through a moving pipe; an amount of movement of the paint moving through the moving pipe is controlled by a control valve; the paint supply impeller supplies paint to a paint supply hopper by two propellers, the paint supply hopper is able to apply the paint on a road to correspond to a width of the traffic line by applying the supplied paint to correspond to the traffic line width in accordance with a degree of opening/closing of an opening/closing door. By controlling the degree of opening/closing of the opening/closing door to correspond to an actual amount of the supplied paint; a constant amount of paint is able to be supplied.
도로면의 표면에 차선을 도색하는 차선도색기에 장착되는 도료분사장치에 있어서, 도료융용조로부터 용융된 도료가 이동관을 통해 도료공급임펠라로 공급되고, 이동관을 통해 이동하는 도료는 제어밸브에 의해 이동량이 제어되고, 도료공급임펠라는 2개의 프로펠러에 의해 도료를 도료공급호퍼로 공급하고, 도료공급호퍼는 공급된 도료를 개폐도어의 개폐정도에 따라 차선폭에 대응되도록 도상에 도포함으로써 차선의 폭에 대응되도록 도료를 도포할 수 있고, 제어밸브가 실제 도료의 공급량에 대응되도록 개폐정도를 제어함으로써 일정한 도료를 공급할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a paint spraying device mounted on a traffic line painting machine to paint a traffic line on a surface of a road surface.
