FLOOR STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a floor structure including a damping panel capable of preventing noise between floors, and a method for constructing the same. The floor structure comprises: a floor slab; a damping panel which includes a deck plate having a bending unit formed in at least one direction and a damping unit arranged on the bending unit of the deck plate, and is arranged on an upper portion of the floor slab to form a space; an insulator arranged on an upper portion of the damping panel; and finishing mortar poured on an upper portion of the insulator. Accordingly, vibration is reduced by the damping panel to prevent noise between floors. At least one among a communication cable, a power cable, and air conditioning equipment is installed in the space formed in an area where the damping panel is seated to use the space to lower a story height.
본 발명은 층간 소음을 방지할 수 있는 댐핑패널을 포함하는 바닥구조물과, 상기 바닥구조물의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 바닥구조물은 바닥슬래브와, 적어도 일 방향으로 절곡부가 형성된 데크플레이트와 상기 데크플레이트의 절곡부에 배치되는 댐핑부를 포함하고 상기 바닥슬래브의 상부에 배치되어 공간부를 형성하는 댐핑패널과, 상기 댐핑패널의 상부에 배치되는 단열재, 그리고 상기 단열재의 상부에 타설되는 마감몰탈을 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 댐핑패널에 의해 진동을 저감하여 층간 소음을 방지하고, 댐핑패널이 안착되는 영역에 형성된 공간부에 통신용 배선, 전력용 배선 또는 공조설비 중 적어도 어느 하나를 설치하도록 마련되어 공간부를 활용하여 층고를 낮출 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
