The present invention provides an improved separable deck plate structure capable of separating a deck plate (D) in the lower part after burying a truss reinforcement bar, which comprises an upper reinforcement bar (R1), a lower reinforcement bar (R2), and a lattice (R3), in concrete (non-displayed). The present invention comprises: a spacer (100) including a combination hole (131) formed in the center, and lower reinforcement bar combination parts (112,121) formed to support the lower part of the lower reinforcement bar (R2), and maintaining the thickness of a concrete cover; and a fixing key (K) including a spacer combination part (K1) penetrating the combination hole (131) from the lower part to be combined through a combination nut (K11), a separable part (K2) in the lower part of the spacer combination part (K1), and a separable fitting (K21) combined with the lower part of the separable part (K2) to be able to be combined or separated. The spacer (100) and the fixing key (K) function as a fixing unit (A). The separable fitting (K21) is combined with the separable part (K2) through a circular rod through hole (D1) of the deck plate (D), and then, if the separable part (K2) is separated, the deck plate (D) is separated from the lower surface of the concrete (non-displayed).
본 발명은 상부근(R1), 하부근(R2) 그리고 래티스(R3)로 구성된 트러스철근(TR)이 콘크리트(미도시)에 매립된 후, 하부의 데크플레이트(D)를 분리하기 위한 것으로, 중앙에 결속구멍(131)이 형성되고 상기 하부근(R2)을 하부에서 지지하는 하부근접합부(112, 121)가 형성되며 콘크리트 피복두께를 유지하는 스페이서(100); 상기 결속구멍(131)을 하부로부터 관통하여 결속너트(K11)로 결속되는 스페이서결합부(K1);와 상기 스페이서결합부(K1) 하부의 착탈부(K2); 그리고 상기 착탈부(K2) 하부에 결합 및 분리 가능하게 체결되는 착탈금구(K21);를 포함하여 구성되는 고정키(K); 를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 스페이서(100) 및 상기 고정키(K)는 고정구(A)로써 기능하고, 상기 데크플레이트(D)의 원형봉관통구멍(D1)을 통하여 상기 착탈금구(K21)는 상기 착탈부(K2)에 체결되어 있다가, 상기 착탈부(K2) 분리시 상기 데크플레이트(D)가 상기 콘크리트(미도시) 하부면에서 탈형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 착탈식 데크플레이트 구조를 제공한다.
