According to the present invention, a multipurpose management device for a race track comprises: a main frame having a plurality of vertical frames and horizontal frames arranged in a lattice shape, and a transport vehicle connection unit formed on a front thereof; a plurality of round bars arranged on the horizontal frames of the main frame to be coupled; a pair of front wheel supports and a pair of rear wheel supports arranged on an upper surface of the main frame to be fixed; wheels mounted on the front wheel supports and the rear wheel supports; a long spade blade rotatably connected to a rear of the main frame and arranged in parallel with the horizontal frames; a comb stopper rotatably connected to the rear of the main frame while being separated from the long spade blade; and a hydraulic cylinder whose both ends are connected to a rear end of the main frame and the comb stopper.
본 발명은 복수의 수직 프레임과 복수의 수평 프레임이 격자형으로 배치되어 있고, 전방으로 운반차량 연결부가 형성되어 있는 메인 프레임과, 상기 메인 프레임의 수평 프레임에 배치되어 결합되는 복수의 환봉과, 상기 메인 프레임의 상면에 배치되어 고정되는 한 쌍의 앞바퀴 지지대와 한 쌍의 뒷바퀴 지지대와, 상기 한 쌍의 앞바퀴 지지대 및 한 쌍의 뒷바퀴 지지대에 각각 장착되는 바퀴와, 상기 메인 프레임의 후방에 회동 가능하도록 연결되고 상기 수평 프레임과 평행하게 배치되는 장삽날과, 상기 장삽날과 이격된 채로 상기 메인 프레임의 후방에 회동 가능하도록 연결되는 빗살 정지기와, 상기 메일 프레임의 후단과 상기 빗살 정지기에 각각 양단이 연결되는 유압 실린더를 포함하는 경주로 다목적 관리기를 제공한다.
