GRADER HAVING BLADE OF RUBBER MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a grader having a blade of a rubber material. The grader having a blade mounted on a three-point link or a front loader of a tractor to be used comprises: a connection frame wherein one side thereof is mounted on the three-point link or the front loader of the tractor, and a connection shaft protruding on the other side thereof in a prescribed length; a main frame longitudinally formed in a horizontal direction, wherein a middle portion thereof is hinged on an end of the connection shaft by a hinge shaft to be rotated in a left and a right direction; a cylinder installed between the connection frame and the main frame to rotate the main frame on the left and the right direction; a blade plate made of a rubber material of a plate shape and mounted on a front surface of the main frame; and a support frame installed in a front surface of the blade plate in a longitudinal direction, and mounted on the main frame by a coupling means penetrating the blade plate.
트렉터의 삼점링크나 프론트 로더에 결합되어 사용되는 블레이드가 구비된 그레이더에 있어서, 일측은 상기 트렉터의 삼점링크나 프론트 로더에 결합되고, 타측에는 일정 길이로 연결축이 돌출되는 연결프레임과, 가로 방향으로 길게 형성되고, 중앙부가 상기 연결축의 말단에 힌지축으로 힌지결합되어 좌·우 방향으로 회동 가능하게 구비되는 메인프레임과, 상기 연결프레임과 메인프레임 간에 설치되어 상기 메인프레임을 좌·우 방향으로 회동 동작시키는 실린더와, 판 형의 고무 재질로 이루어져 상기 메인프레임의 전면에 결합되는 블레이드판과, 상기 블레이드판의 전면부에 그 길이방향을 따라 설치되고, 상기 블레이드판을 관통하는 체결수단에 의해 상기 메인프레임과 결합되는 지지프레임을 포함하여 구성되는 고무 재질의 블레이드가 구비된 그레이더에 관한 것이다.
