The present invention relates to a bidet sterilizing system and a bidet sterilizing method. The bidet sterilizing system, which sterilizes a water tank, a cleaning flow path, a bidet flow path, a surface of a nozzle main body and a pottery, comprises: a sterilization module generating sterilizing water using cleaning water introduced by a water supply valve; a three-way switching valve switching a discharge flow path for sterilizing water generated by the sterilization module; a water tank storing sterilizing water discharged through a first flow path by the three-way switching valve; a two-way switching valve supplying sterilizing water supplied from the water tank in a direction of a cleaning flow path or a direction of a bidet flow path; a cleaning nozzle discharging sterilizing water supplied in the direction of the cleaning flow path by the two-way switching valve; a bidet nozzle discharging sterilizing water supplied in the direction of the bidet flow path by the two-way switching valve; a control part controlling sterilizing operations of the cleaning flow path and the bidet flow path, the cleaning flow path allowing sterilizing water generated by the sterilization module to be discharged through the cleaning nozzle, and the bidet flow path allowing sterilizing water generated by the sterilization module to be discharged through the bidet nozzle; a water supply valve driving a water supply valve under the control of the control part; a sterilization module driving part driving the sterilization module under the control of the control part; a three-way switching valve driving part switching a discharge flow path of the three-way switching valve under the control of the control part; and a two-way switching valve driving part switching the discharge flow path of the two-way switching valve under the control of the control part.
