According to an aspect of the present invention, provided are a roller for windows and doors and a manufacturing method thereof. The roller for windows and doors provided in a lower surface of a window frame may comprise: an upper plate; a first side surface plate provided in one end in a width direction of the upper plate; a second side surface plate provided in the other end in a width direction of the upper plate, and spaced from the first side surface plate at a predetermined distance to form an internal space in which an operation device is provided; and a housing having a bending plate which is individually extended at both ends in a width direction of the upper plate, is provided to be integrated with the first side surface plate and the second side surface plate for the first side surface plate and the second side surface plate to be integrated with the upper plate, and at the same time, is easily bent as a bending groove is formed on one surface thereof.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 창호용 호차 및 이의 제작 방법은 창문틀의 하면에 구비되는 창호용 호차에 있어서, 상기 창호용 호차는 상판; 상기 상판의 너비방향 일단에 구비되는 제1측면판; 상기 상판의 너비방향 타단에 구비되며 상기 제1측면판과 일정거리 이격되어 구동장치가 구비되는 내부공간이 형성되도록 하는 제2측면판; 및 상기 상판의 너비방향 양단에서 각각 연장되고 상기 제1측면판 및 상기 제2측면판과 일체화되도록 구비되어 상기 제1측면판과 상기 제2측면판을 상기 상판과 일체화시킴과 동시에 일면에 절곡홈이 형성되어 용이하게 절곡되도록 하는 절곡판을 구비하는 하우징을 구비할 수 있다.
