Interior stone tile manufacturing method using a broken brick
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an interior decoration tile stone material by using broken stone materials. The method comprise: a washing step (S10) of collecting and washing broken stone materials; a mold frame accommodation step (S20) of accommodating the broken stone materials in a mold; a concrete deposition and curing step (S30) of depositing concrete among the broken stone materials accommodated by the mold accommodation step and curing the concrete; and a drying step (S40) of naturally drying the mold having been processed by the concrete deposition and curing step. Waste blocks or waste bricks, which are generated in a construction site or during a process of demolishing a building and natural stone and marble broken to be impossible to be used during a stone collection process, are reused to be applied as the indoor decoration tile stone material of a building. Therefore, burial can be avoided due to reuse of the waste bricks or the waste blocks. As broken stone materials are processed to have an interior decoration function resulted from harmony of colors, an interior decoration effect can be expected.
본 발명은, 파석재를 수거하여 세척하는 세척단계(S10), 상기 파석재를 성형틀에 수용하는 성형틀 수용단계(S20), 상기 성형틀 수용단계에 수용된 파석재 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하는 콘크리트 타설 및 양생단계(S30), 상기 콘크리트 타설 및 양생단계를 거친 성형틀을 자연 건조시키는 건조단계(S40)로 이루어져, 건축 현장에서 발생되거나 건축물의 철거 과정에서 발생된 폐블럭이나 폐벽돌류, 채석 과정에서 사용 불가능하게 파손된 자연석, 대리석 들을 재사용하여 건축물의 실내 장식타일석재로의 활용이 가능하도록 하여, 폐벽돌이나 폐블럭등의 재활용에 따른 매립을 지양할 수 있도록 하여, 파석재들의 색상 조화에 따른 실래 인테리어 기능을 갖도록 함으로서, 실내 인테리어 연출 효과를 기대할 수 있는, 파석재를 이용한 실내 장식타일석재 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
