Seat belt interlocking type of strike variableness apparatus for emergency door open
The present invention relates to an apparatus to open a door in emergency, and the objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus to enable a passenger having an accident to open a door with simple operation when the passenger cannot operate an inside handle in a passenger compartment, and the door cannot be normally opened due to damage of an apparatus to open the door. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an inner roller to wind a seat belt webbing in a seat belt retractor; a striker pin to form a part restricting a door latch in a chassis side striker restricting the door latch in order to maintain a door closed state, and extended and displayed towards the inner roller; and a power transformation device installed in the inner roller, connected to the striker pin to convert rotary power of the inner roller into linear motion power for front/rear motion of the striker pin. When the passenger wearing the seat belt additionally unwinds the seat belt webbing from the retractor more than a predetermined length, the power transformation device moves the striker pin rearwards to separate the striker from the door latch and thereby a state capable of opening the door is realized.
본 발명은 비상시 도어 오픈을 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 차량 사고시 실내에서 승객이 인사이드 핸들을 조작할 수 없거나, 도어 오픈을 위한 장치의 손상이 발생하여 도어를 정상적으로 오픈시킬 수 없는 경우, 사고를 당한 승객이 간단한 조작으로 도어를 오픈시킬 수 있도록 해주는 장치를 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 시트벨트 리트랙터에서 시트벨트 웨빙이 감겨지는 부분인 이너 롤러; 도어 닫힘 상태가 유지될 수 있도록 도어 래치를 구속하는 차체 측의 스트라이커에서 상기 도어 래치를 구속하는 부분을 구성하고, 상기 이너 롤러 측으로 연장 배치되는 스트라이커 핀; 및 상기 이너 롤러에 설치되고 스트라이커 핀이 결합되어, 이너 롤러의 회전력을 스트라이커 핀의 전후진 이동을 위한 직선 이동력으로 변환하는 동력변환기구를 포함하고, 상기 동력변환기는 승객이 시트벨트를 착용한 상태에서 시트벨트 웨빙을 리트랙터에서 일정 정도 이상 추가로 풀어줄 경우 스트라이커 핀을 후진시켜 도어 래치로부터 분리시킴으로써 도어 오픈이 가능한 상태가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상시 도어 오픈을 위한 차량의 시트벨트 연동형 스트라이커 가변 장치이 개시된다.
