Reinforced Road Cover Plate with Steel Pipe Strut
The present invention relates to a steel pipe road decking panel with a reinforcing member, comprising: a cover plate provided on an upper surface of an excavated road to allow a vehicle or a person to pass through; a plurality of steel pipes arranged in parallel to support the cover plate; bending reinforcement plates abutting the steel pipe at right and left sides of the steel pipe and installed side by side with the same; a connecting plate for connecting the cover plate and a bending reinforcement plate located on an outer edge among the bending reinforcement plates; and a shear reinforcement plate capable of engaging with the steel pipe so as to cover semicircular portions of the circumference of the steel plate at upper and lower sides thereof, and having both ends coming in contact with the bending reinforcement plate. The present invention intends to reinforce bending strength and shear strength of multi-row steel pipes supporting a vertical load transmitted to the steel pipes through a road decking panel so as to improve structural stability of the road decking panel.
본 발명의 보강재가 설치된 강관복공판은, 차량이나 사람이 통행할 수 있도록 굴착된 도로의 상면에 설치하는 덮개판; 상기 덮개판을 지지하도록 다수개가 나란히 배열된 강관; 상기 강관의 좌우에서 상기 강관과 접하고 상기 강관과 나란히 설치되는 휨보강판; 상기 덮개판과 상기 휨보강판 중 외측에 가장자리에 위치하는 휨보강판 사이를 연결하는 연결판, 및 상기 강관의 상부와 하부에서 상기 강관의 원주의 반원부를 각각 덮도록 강관에 계합할 수 있고 양단이 상하에서 상기 휨보강판과 접촉하는 전단보강판을 포함한다.
