Mixed insulating material for construction
The present invention relates to a composite insulation material for construction. More specifically, the composite insulation material for construction comprises: a foamed resin panel; and a resin surface panel fixated by adhering to the foamed resin panel. The resin surface panel has one or more hollow holes. The resin surface panel comprises: an upper panel; a lower panel; and partition panels connecting an upper panel and a lower panel. The foamed resin panel and the resin surface panel adhere to each other and are fixated such that a soundproof function, a sound absorption function, and a damp-proof function are improved. A pin unit is formed in a hollow hole of the resin surface panel such that the soundproof function, the sound absorption function, and the damp-proof function are maximized. The foamed resin panel and the resin surface panel are connected to each other by a connection beam member. As such, the composite insulation material for construction is able to prevent the foamed resin panel and the resin surface panel from being separated due to an external force, and also has a flame resistance function.
본 발명은 건축용 복합단열재에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 발포수지패널과, 상기 발포수지패널에 접착되어 고정되는 수지표면패널로 이루어지며, 상기 수지표면패널은 1개 이상의 중공홀이 형성되되, 상기 수지표면패널은 상부패널과 하부패널 및 상기 상부패널과 상기 하부패널을 연결하는 격벽패널들로 이루어져, 발포수지패널과 수지표면패널을 상호 접착하여 고정시킴으로써, 방음, 흡음 및 방습기능을 향상시킴과 아울러 수지표면패널의 중공홈에 핀부를 형성시켜 방음,흡음 및 방습기능을 극대화 시키게 되고, 발포수지패널과 수지표면패널을 연결빔부재로 상호 연결함으로써, 외력에 의해 발포수지패널과 수지표면패널이 분리되는 것을 방지하게 되는 효과가 있고, 더불어 난연 기능도 보유하는 장점이 있다.
