PASSIVE HOOD HINGE SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a passive hood hinge device for a vehicle, which can reduce the size and weight thereof by having a simple configuration without bulky components such as springs or expensive components such as controllers, sensors, actuators and the like, and overcome the problem of mass production limitation. To achieve the purpose, the passive hood hinge device for a vehicle comprises: a hinge bracket fixed to a vehicle body and having a pin regulating hole formed in a long length in the vertical direction; a hinge arm coupled to a hood; a descending link of which one end portion is coupled to the hinge arm to be rotatable and the other end is installed to be supported on the hinge bracket side to be rotatable; a support ring of which one end portion is coupled to the hinge arm to be rotatable and the other end portion is connected to the hinge bracket to be rotatable; a bending lever of which an upper end portion is coupled to a descending pin, installed in the hinge bracket and fastened to the pin regulating hole, having a bending portion formed to cause bending when the descending pin descends from the pin regulating hole; and a buffer bracket installed at a lower side of the descending pin and having a shape transformable in accordance with the compression of the descending pin.
본 발명은 자동차용 패시브 후드 힌지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 스프링과 같이 부피가 큰 부품이나 제어기, 센서, 액츄에이터 등의 고가 부품 없이 간단한 구성을 가지면서 크기와 중량이 축소될 수 있고, 양산성 한계의 문제를 극복할 수 있는 자동차용 패시브 후드 힌지 장치를 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 차체에 고정되고 핀 규제홀이 상하방향으로 길게 형성된 힌지브라켓; 후드에 결합되는 힌지암; 일단부가 힌지암에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 타단부가 힌지브라켓 측에 회전 가능하게 지지되도록 설치된 하강링크; 일단부가 힌지암에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 타단부가 힌지브라켓에 회전 가능하게 결합된 지지링크; 힌지브라켓에 설치되어 핀 규제홀에 결합되어 있는 하강핀에 상단부가 결합되고 핀 규제홀에서의 하강핀의 하강시 꺾임이 발생하도록 형성된 절곡부를 가지는 절곡레버; 및 하강핀 하측에 설치되고 하강핀이 눌러줌에 따라 변형 가능한 형상을 가지는 완충브라켓을 포함하는 자동차용 패시브 후드 힌지 장치가 개시된다.
