The present invention relates to a silencer for a gas diffusing tower including a means capable of remarkably reducing low frequency noise generated from the gas diffusing tower and a manufacturing method thereof. The silencer comprises: a diffuser which is a cylindrical body combined with the top of the gas diffusing tower including a vent pipe vertically extended up to a constant height from a gas supply management office and a protection pipe surrounding the vent pipe by being spaced apart therefrom, so as to communicate with the vent pipe, wherein the gas diffusing tower has a gas diffusing hole on an outer circumferential surface; an inlet cell which is a cylindrical body having an opened upper part while surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the diffuser by being spaced apart at a constant interval; an outer container which is a cylindrical body surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the inlet cell, wherein the outer container is spaced apart from the outer circumferential surface of the inlet cell and has an opened upper part; and a horizontal reinforcement part which is a hollow disc, and formed by installing a plurality of reinforcement doughnut plates, which is horizontally attached on the outer circumferential surface of the outer container while being inserted into a hollow of the disc, on the outer circumferential surface of the silencer as multiple layers. Thus, the low frequency noise generated from the silencer for the gas diffusing tower can be remarkably reduced due to addition of a simple configuration.
본 발명은 방산탑으로부터 발생되는 저주파 소음이 현저하게 감쇄될 수 있는수단이 구비되는 방산탑 소음기 및 방산탑 소음기 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 가스공급관리소로부터 일정 높이까지 수직으로 연장되는 벤트배관 및 벤트배관을 이격되게 감싸는 보호관으로 이루어지는 방산탑의 상단에 결합되어 벤트배관과 연통되는 통체로서 외주면에 가스 방출공이 형성되는 디퓨저와, 상기 디퓨저 외주면을 일정 간격만큼 이격되게 둘러싸면서 상부가 개방되는 원통체인 인렛셀과, 상기 인렛셀 외주면을 둘러싸는 원통체로서, 인렛셀 외주면과 이격되게 설치되고, 상부가 개방되는 외함 및, 중공의 원판으로, 외함이 상기 원판의 중공에 삽입되면서 외함의 외주면 상에 수평으로 부착되는 보강 도넛판이 복수개가 상기 소음기 외주면 상에 복층으로 설치되어 이루어지는 수평보강부로 이루어짐으로써, 방산탑 소음기 자체에서 발생되는 저주파 소음이 단순한 구성의 추가로 인하여 현저하게 감쇄될 수 있는 방산탑 소음기 및 방산탑 소음기 제작방법을 제공하고자 한다.

The present invention relates to a silencer for a gas diffusing tower including a means capable of remarkably reducing low frequency noise generated from the gas diffusing tower and a manufacturing method thereof. The silencer comprises: a diffuser which is a cylindrical body combined with the top of the gas diffusing tower including a vent pipe vertically extended up to a constant height from a gas supply management office and a protection pipe surrounding the vent pipe by being spaced apart therefrom, so as to communicate with the vent pipe, wherein the gas diffusing tower has a gas diffusing hole on an outer circumferential surface; an inlet cell which is a cylindrical body having an opened upper part while surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the diffuser by being spaced apart at a constant interval; an outer container which is a cylindrical body surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the inlet cell, wherein the outer container is spaced apart from the outer circumferential surface of the inlet cell and has an opened upper part; and a horizontal reinforcement part which is a hollow disc, and formed by installing a plurality of reinforcement doughnut plates, which is horizontally attached on the outer circumferential surface of the outer container while being inserted into a hollow of the disc, on the outer circumferential surface of the silencer as multiple layers. Thus, the low frequency noise generated from the silencer for the gas diffusing tower can be remarkably reduced due to addition of a simple configuration.
본 발명은 방산탑으로부터 발생되는 저주파 소음이 현저하게 감쇄될 수 있는수단이 구비되는 방산탑 소음기 및 방산탑 소음기 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 가스공급관리소로부터 일정 높이까지 수직으로 연장되는 벤트배관 및 벤트배관을 이격되게 감싸는 보호관으로 이루어지는 방산탑의 상단에 결합되어 벤트배관과 연통되는 통체로서 외주면에 가스 방출공이 형성되는 디퓨저와, 상기 디퓨저 외주면을 일정 간격만큼 이격되게 둘러싸면서 상부가 개방되는 원통체인 인렛셀과, 상기 인렛셀 외주면을 둘러싸는 원통체로서, 인렛셀 외주면과 이격되게 설치되고, 상부가 개방되는 외함 및, 중공의 원판으로, 외함이 상기 원판의 중공에 삽입되면서 외함의 외주면 상에 수평으로 부착되는 보강 도넛판이 복수개가 상기 소음기 외주면 상에 복층으로 설치되어 이루어지는 수평보강부로 이루어짐으로써, 방산탑 소음기 자체에서 발생되는 저주파 소음이 단순한 구성의 추가로 인하여 현저하게 감쇄될 수 있는 방산탑 소음기 및 방산탑 소음기 제작방법을 제공하고자 한다.
