According to the present invention, disclosed is a vertical awning apparatus comprising: a base frame (110) extended by a predetermined length and horizontally arranged; vertical frames (120) disposed upright to engage with each bottom side of both ends of the base frame (110), each having a sliding groove (121) formed at the inner lateral side thereof to extend in the vertical direction; driving rollers arranged in both ends of the base frame (110); and a shade (140) made of a flexible material, having the upper portion to be fixed on one side of each driving roller, wherein a protruding piece (142) is formed at each of both lateral ends of the shade and extended in the vertical direction to engage with each sliding groove (121); and the shade is vertically moved by winding and unwinding of the driving rollers (130) with the both lateral ends being supported by the vertical frames (120), as the driving rollers (130) rotates.
본 발명에 따르면, 일정길이로 연장되어 수평배치된 베이스프레임(110); 상기 베이스프레임(110)의 양측단 하부에 체결되어 직립배치되며 내측변부에는 상하로 연장된 슬라이딩홈(121)이 측방으로 개구되어 형성된 수직프레임(120); 상기 베이스프레임(110)의 내부 양측에 배치된 구동롤러(130); 및 플렉시블한 재질로 형성되어 상단이 상기 구동롤러(130)의 일측에 고정되고, 양측단에는 상하방향으로 연장되어 상기 슬라이딩홈(121)에 끼움결합되는 돌기편부(142)가 마련되며, 상기 구동롤러(130)의 회전에 따라 양측단이 수직프레임(120)에 지지되면서 상기 구동롤러(130)에 권취 또는 권출되며 승강하는 차양막(140);을 포함하는 버티칼 어닝장치를 개시한다.
