In the present invention, stones, such as vermiculite, perlite, and the like, which expand when heat is applied, are explained as vermiculite for standardization. A method for manufacturing nonflammable construction materials using vermiculite and glass comprises the following steps: moving a glass solution dissolved through means of transportation such as a screw by applying a transportation principle of publicly known extruder, foam maker and the like; adding vermiculite particles midway to spin the screw, while mixing the glass solution with the vermiculite particles, and to transfer the temperature of the glass solution to the vermiculite to form conditions in which the vermiculite can be swollen; manufacturing products having inflammatory and insulating functions, such as a board, and a pipe, which are made of inflammatory and insulating materials depending on the shape of a mold by being swollen, while the vermiculite is supplied into a fixed mold through an outlet side.
우선 질석(Vermiculite)과 진주암( Perlite) 등 열을가하면 팽창하는 성질의 돌을 설명을 편의를 위해 질석으로 통일해 설명한다. 유리용액을 공지된 사출기,발포기등 이송원리를 적용하여 스크류 등 이송수단을 통해 용해된 유리용액을 이동시키면서 중간에 질석입자를 넣으면 스크류가 회전하면서 유리용액과 질석입자가 혼합되고 유리용액온도가 질석에 전달되면서 질석이 부풀어오를수있는 조건이 형성되며 출구측을 통해 일정한 몰드에 공급되면서 부풀어올라 몰드 형상에 따라 불연 단열 소재 의 보드,파이프등 불연이면서 단열 기능을 갖는상품이된다.
