The present invention relates to a grouting device and a grouting method using the same. The grouting device includes: a carrier carrying equipment; an excavator composed of a rod formed in a front surface of the carrier, excavating the ground, and injecting and spraying cement milk into an open hole, a transferring device transmitting energy to allow the rod to excavate the ground, and a support supporting the rod and the transferring device by being connected to the transferring device; a mixing plant composed of a cement silo formed inside the carrier and formed to keep and mix materials for grouting, a water tank storing water, a pressing pump supplying the water stored in the water tank to the cement silo, and a mixer mixing the materials kept in the cement silo; a pump formed inside the carrier and providing predetermined kinetic energy to transfer the cement milk generated in the mixing plant to the rod; an air compressor formed inside the carrier and injecting the cement milk generated in the mixing plant into the open hole at a high pressure; and a power generator formed inside the carrier and supplying a power source to the excavator, the mixing plant, the pump, and the air compressor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the grouting device capable of excavating the ground and grouting the cement milk with the single grouting device and the grouting method using the grouting device.
본 발명은 그라우팅 시공 장치 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것이다. 장비를 운반하는 운반기와, 운반기의 정면부에 구성되고, 지면을 굴착하고 시멘트밀크를 주입하여 나공에 분사하는 로드와, 로드가 지면을 굴착하도록 에너지를 전달하는 이송장치와, 이송장치와 연결되어 로드 및 이송장치를 지지하는 지지대로 이루어진 천공기와, 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 그라우팅 시공에 필요한 재료를 보관 및 믹싱할 수 있도록 구성된 시멘트사일로와, 물을 저장하는 물탱크와, 물탱크에서 보관중인 물을 시멘트사일로에 공급하는 가압펌프와, 시멘트사일로에 보관중인 재료를 믹싱하는 교반기로 이루어진 믹싱플랜트와, 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 믹싱플랜트에서 생성된 시멘트밀크를 로드로 운반하기 위해 소정의 운동에너지를 공급하는 펌프기와, 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 믹싱플렌트에서 생성된 시멘트밀크를 나공 사이에 고압의 압력으로 분사할 수 있도록 구성된 공기압축기 및 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 천공기, 믹싱플랜트, 펌프기, 공기압축기로 전원을 공급하는 발전기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라우팅 시공 장치에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a grouting device and a grouting method using the same. The grouting device includes: a carrier carrying equipment; an excavator composed of a rod formed in a front surface of the carrier, excavating the ground, and injecting and spraying cement milk into an open hole, a transferring device transmitting energy to allow the rod to excavate the ground, and a support supporting the rod and the transferring device by being connected to the transferring device; a mixing plant composed of a cement silo formed inside the carrier and formed to keep and mix materials for grouting, a water tank storing water, a pressing pump supplying the water stored in the water tank to the cement silo, and a mixer mixing the materials kept in the cement silo; a pump formed inside the carrier and providing predetermined kinetic energy to transfer the cement milk generated in the mixing plant to the rod; an air compressor formed inside the carrier and injecting the cement milk generated in the mixing plant into the open hole at a high pressure; and a power generator formed inside the carrier and supplying a power source to the excavator, the mixing plant, the pump, and the air compressor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the grouting device capable of excavating the ground and grouting the cement milk with the single grouting device and the grouting method using the grouting device.
본 발명은 그라우팅 시공 장치 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것이다. 장비를 운반하는 운반기와, 운반기의 정면부에 구성되고, 지면을 굴착하고 시멘트밀크를 주입하여 나공에 분사하는 로드와, 로드가 지면을 굴착하도록 에너지를 전달하는 이송장치와, 이송장치와 연결되어 로드 및 이송장치를 지지하는 지지대로 이루어진 천공기와, 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 그라우팅 시공에 필요한 재료를 보관 및 믹싱할 수 있도록 구성된 시멘트사일로와, 물을 저장하는 물탱크와, 물탱크에서 보관중인 물을 시멘트사일로에 공급하는 가압펌프와, 시멘트사일로에 보관중인 재료를 믹싱하는 교반기로 이루어진 믹싱플랜트와, 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 믹싱플랜트에서 생성된 시멘트밀크를 로드로 운반하기 위해 소정의 운동에너지를 공급하는 펌프기와, 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 믹싱플렌트에서 생성된 시멘트밀크를 나공 사이에 고압의 압력으로 분사할 수 있도록 구성된 공기압축기 및 운반기의 내부에 구성되고, 천공기, 믹싱플랜트, 펌프기, 공기압축기로 전원을 공급하는 발전기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라우팅 시공 장치에 관한 것이다.
