The present invention relates to a core net weaving device comprising: a warp providing unit (10) providing in parallel a plurality of warps (1) which are composed of coconut fiber yarn, and are spaced apart from the warp providing unit (10) at a constant interval; a weft providing unit (20) providing wefts (2) which are composed of coconut fiber yarn and cross the warps (1) to be perpendicular to the warps; and a sewing unit (40) continuously providing a binder (3), which is composed of cotton yarn or synthetic yarn, in a zigzag state with a width corresponding to the thickness of the warp to tie the weft and the warp at a part of intersecting the weft and the warp, wherein a continuous stitch with a crochet hook (41) is performed to tie the weft and the warp, thereby producing a core net without change of formation by preventing a weaving state of the core net from changing, and effectively preventing loss of dirt when the core net weaving device is installed on an inclined surface.
본 발명은 코아 네트 직조장치에 관한 것으로, 상세히는 코코넛 섬유사로 이루어진 복수의 경사(1)를 경사 공급부(10)에서 일정 간격 이격된 상태로 평행하게 공급하고, 위사 공급부(20)에서는 상기 복수의 경사(1)를 가로질러 경사와 직교하도록 코코넛 섬유사로 이루어진 위사(2)를 공급하며, 봉제부(40)에서는 상기 경사와 위사가 교차하는 부위에서 위사를 경사에 결속시키도록 면사 또는 합성섬유사로 이루어진 결속사(3)를 경사의 굵기에 상당하는 폭으로 지그재그 상태로 연속 공급하여 코바늘(41)로 연속 코뜨기를 하여 위사와 경사를 결속시킴으로써 코아 네트의 직조상태가 흐트러지지 않도록 하여 형태 변형이 없는 코아 네트를 생산하고, 이를 사면에 설치시 흙의 유실을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
