A Natural Ventilation Apparatus for frame of windows and doors
The present invention relates to a natural ventilation apparatus installed in a window, comprising: a body unit including an upper frame, a lower frame installed on the lower side of the upper frame by being spaced apart at a constant distance, an end cap installed in both ends of the upper and lower frames, a side cover installed on the outer surface of the end cap to be installed in a window frame, and a front cover vertically installed in the end cap to be able to slide; a rotary device installed between the end cap and the side cover to be able to rotate at a constant angle; a rotary flap connecting an upper end to the upper frame to be able to rotate and connecting a side to the rotary device to be rotated in front and rear directions within a constant angle with respect to the upper end when the rotary device is rotated; a filter frame installed in the front of the rotary flap and having multiple vent holes opened/closed by rotation of the rotary flap; a filter installed in the front of the filter frame; a lid installing both ends in the front of the front cover to be moved with the front cover when the front cover is vertically slid; and a grip unit connected to the rotary device and rotating the rotary device by being vertically pushed or pulled. Thus, manufacture can be facilitated and costs can be reduced.
본 발명은 창호설치용 자연환기장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 상부프레임과, 상기 상부프레임의 하측에 일정거리 이격되게 배치되는 하부프레임과, 상기 상부프레임과 하부프레임의 양단에 설치되는 엔드캡과, 상기 엔드캡의 외측면에 설치되어 창틀에 설치되는 측면커버와, 상기 엔드캡에 상하방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 전방커버로 이루어진 바디부와; 상기 엔드캡과 측면커버 사이에 일정각도 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전구와; 상단이 상기 상부프레임에 회동가능하게 연결되고, 측면이 상기 회전구에 연결되어 회전구가 회전할 때 상단을 중심으로 전후방향으로 일정각도 회동하는 회동플랩과; 상기 회동플랩의 전방에 배치되고, 회동플랩의 회동에 의해 개폐되는 다수의 통기홀이 형성되는 필터프레임과; 상기 필터프레임의 전방에 배치되는 필터와; 양단이 상기 전방커버에 설치되어, 전방커버가 상하방향으로 슬라이딩될 때 함께 움직이는 덮개와; 상기 회전구에 연결되고, 상하방향으로 밀거나 잡아당겨 회전구를 회전시키는 손잡이부;를 포함하여 구성되어, 제작을 쉽게 하고 원가를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
