CEILING FRAME FOR CLEAN ROOM
The present invention relates to a ceiling frame for a clean room to facilitate installation, performing final coupling with a separate bolt while a sub mold bar is temporarily fixated in a pair of joint bodies, and then mounting the pair of facing joint bodies in a main mold bar in a shape crossing the main mold bar, to facilitate installation, and allow the sub mold bar to be mounted in a correct position and horizontally mounted in a line. To this end, the ceiling frame comprises: a plurality of joint bodies including a rectangular plate having a vertically penetrated insertion hole inside and a support block downwardly and vertically connected to one edge region among four edges of the rectangular plate to be inclined towards one side of the rectangular plate; a pair of sub mold bars having an upper body disposed on the outer wall of a sub block of each joint body; and a connection means to interconnect the joint body and the sub mold bar. Thus, each joint body is faced without by interposing the main mold bar including a top body and a guide rail formed on the upper supplier of the top body to support a third rectangular head of a third bolt therebetween, the rectangular plate of each joint body is received in the top part of the guide rail and facing in a line along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail, and the support block of each joint body is in contact with both outer walls of the top body. At this time, the sub block of each joint bar and each sub mold bar are disposed in a line.
본 발명은 한 쌍의 조인트바디에 서브몰드바를 임시 고정한 상태에서 별도의 볼트를 이용해 최종 결합한 후, 메인몰드바에 이를 가로지르는 형태로 한 쌍의 조인트바디가 서로 마주보게 장착됨으로서, 시공이 용이하고 서브몰드바를 일렬로 정위치 장착 및 수평 장착이 가능하도록 한 시공이 용이한 클린룸용 천장프레임에 관한 것이다. 이를 구현하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 시공이 용이한 클린룸용 천장프레임은, 내부에 상하 관통형 삽입홀을 갖는 사각플레이트, 그리고 상기 사각플레이트 네 모서리 중 하나의 모서리 영역에 하방으로 수직 연결되어 상기 사각플레이트 일측으로 치우치게 배치되는 서포트블록으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 조인트바디; 상기 각 조인트바디의 서포트블록 외벽 측에 배치되는 상부체를 갖는 한 쌍의 서브몰드바; 및 상기 조인트바디와 상기 서브몰드바를 상호 결합시키기 위한 접속수단;을 포함하여 이루어져, 탑바디와, 이의 상부면에 제3볼트의 사각 제3헤드를 지지하는 가이드레일을 갖는 메인몰드바를 사이에 두고 상기 각 조인트바디가 서로 마주보게 배치되되, 상기 각 조인트바디의 사각플레이트는 상기 가이드레일의 길이방향을 따라 일렬로 서로 접하게 상기 가이드레일 상부에 안착되고, 상기 각 조인트바디의 서포트블록은 상기 탑바디 양 외벽에 각각 접하게 되며, 이때 상기 각 조인트바디의 서포트블록과 상기 각 서브몰드바는 일렬로 배치되도록 구현한다.
