IMPROVED THERMAL INSULATION AND RIGIDITY INSULATION FRAMES FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an insulation frame for a window with improved insulation and rigidity. To achieve this purpose, the present invention relates to a method to manufacture an insulation frame for a window with improved insulation and rigidity, wherein an inner member is inserted into an outer member. According to the present invention, the method for the outer member comprises: a step of extruding the outer member through an extruding machine to form a first injection space unit into which azon is injected; a step of injecting azon into the first injection space unit of an outer insulation unit and hardening the azon; and a step of forming an outer cutting unit by cutting the floor of the first injection space unit, wherein the azon is hardened, by a cutting wheel. According to the present invention, the method for the inner member comprises: a step of extruding the inner member through an extruding machine to form a hanging piece (260) as one body on the top external side; a step of injecting azon into a second injection space unit of the inner member and hardening the azon; and a step of forming an inner cutting unit by cutting the floor of the second injection space unit, wherein the azon is hardened, by a cutting wheel. According to the present invention, the method further comprises a step of putting a hanging groove unit of the outer member against a hanging iron unit of the inner member, and combining the outer member and the inner member by pressurizing the inner member in a longitudinal direction.
본 발명은 단열성과 강성이 향상된 창호용 단열프레임 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 아우터부재의 내부에 인너부재가 끼움결합되어지는 단열성과 강성이 향상된 창호용 단열프레임 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 아우터부재는 아존이 주입되는 제1주입공간부가 일체로 형성되어지게 압출기를 통해 압출되는 아우터부재 압출단계와;상기 아우터단열부의 제1주입공간부로 아존이 주입되어 경화되어지는 아우터아존주입 및 경화단계와; 상기 아존이 경화된 제1주입공간부의 바닥이 커팅휠에 의하여 절단된 아우터 절단부가 형성되는 아우터 절단부 형성단계로 이루어지고, 상기 인너부재는 상부 외측에 걸침편(260)이 일체로 형성되어지게 압출기를 통해 압출되는 인너부재 압출단계와; 상기 인너부재의 제2주입공간부에 아존이 주입되어 경화되는 인너아존주입 및 경화단계와; 상기 아존이 경화된 제2주입공간부의 바닥이 커팅휠에 의하여 절단된 인너 절단부가 형성되는 인너 절단부 형성단계로 이루어지고, 아우터부재의 걸림홈부에 인너부재의 걸림철부가 맞대어지도록 한 상태에서 인너부재를 길이방향으로 가압시켜 결합되는 결합단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an insulation frame for a window with improved insulation and rigidity. To achieve this purpose, the present invention relates to a method to manufacture an insulation frame for a window with improved insulation and rigidity, wherein an inner member is inserted into an outer member.
