WINDPROOF INSULSTED SOUNDPROOF ENHNACED SAFETY TEMPERED GLASS DOOR
The present invention relates to a tempered glass door with improved insulation and windproof and soundproof performance. To achieve this purpose, the present invention provides a tempered glass door with improved insulation and windproof and soundproof performance, wherein an inner member is combined with insulation vertical frames on both sides and whose top and bottom sides are respectively combined with both ends of a horizontal frame. The insulation vertical frames have a square space unit in side wall units on the sides and a ceiling unit. On the bottom of the space unit formed is an inner member combination unit. On the top of the ceiling unit formed is an outer insulation unit. The inner member has a second injection space unit wherein azon is injected and hardened. On the floor of the second injection space unit, wherein azon is hardened, formed is an inner cutting unit. A hanging groove unit of an outer member is placed against a hanging iron unit of the inner member, and the outer member and the inner member are combined by pressurizing the inner member in a longitudinal direction. The horizontal frame has a space unit in side walls on the front and rear sides with a bump unit, by a spacer which has a screw fixing rib. An insulation liner is attached to the external side of the side walls on the front and rear sides. A skin panel is attached to the insulation liner.
이 발명은 단열성과 방풍방음 성능이 향상된 강화유리 안전도어에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 발명은 좌우측의 단열수직프레임에 인너부재가 결합되어지며, 상하부에 각각 수평프레임의 양단이 결합된 단열성과 방풍방음 성능이 향상된 강화유리 안전도어에 있어서, 상기 단열수직프레임은 좌우측벽부와 천정부의 내부에 사각형의 공간부가 형성되어지며, 상기 공간부의 하부에 인너부재결합부가 형성되어지고, 상기 천정부의 상부에 아우터단열부가 형성되어지고, 상기 인너부재는 아존이 주입,경화되는 제2주입공간부가 형성되어지고, 아존이 경화된 제2주입공간부의 바닥에 인너 절단부가 형성되어 상기 아우터부재의 걸림홈부에 인너부재의 걸림철부가 맞대어지도록 한 상태에서 인너부재를 길이방향으로 가압시켜 결합되고, 상기 수평프레임은 요철부가 형성된 전후측벽의 내부로 나사고정리브를 갖는 스페이서에 의하여 공간부가 형성되어지고, 상기 전후측벽의 외부에 단열라이더가 접착되어지며, 상기 단열라이너에 스킨패널이 접착됨을 특징으로 한다.
