The present invention relates to a structure to construct a prefabricated exterior insulating material on the outer wall of a building, comprising: a prefabricated seismic block (10) to form the outer wall of a building by combination of an exterior block (10) and a core block (20) inserted into the exterior block (10); an embedded spring (100) to cover the upper surface side of the exterior block (10) forming the prefabricated seismic block (1) and extended by being bent outwardly; a connection member (200) in contact with an extended part of the embedded spring (100) and having a vertical end (220) of which the other end part is vertically extended; and an exterior insulating material (300) combined with the vertical end (200) of the connection member (200). Thus, when the exterior insulating material is constructed of the outer wall of a building in a building structure built and constructed by a prefabricated block with seismic properties, relatively simple construction with strength is realized, so reliability about the construction and working efficiency are enhanced. Moreover, insulation and finishing of the outer wall of the building are able to be processed at the same time by coating Starcote on the outer surface of the exterior insulating material, so constructability is enhanced, and the work period and cost are reduced.
본 발명은, 외장블럭(10)과, 상기 외장블럭(10) 내부로 삽입되는 코어블럭(20)의 조합에 의해 건축물의 외벽체를 구성하는 조립식 내진 블럭(1); 상기 조립식 내진 블럭(1)을 이루는 외장블럭(10)의 상면측을 커버하며 외측방으로 절곡되며 연장 되어지는 내장 스프링(100); 상기 내장 스프링(100)의 연장부위와 접하며 타단부가 수직상 연장 형성되는 수직단(220)을 갖는 연결부재(200); 상기 연결부재(200)의 수직단(220)과 결합되는 외장단열재(300)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 내진성을 갖는 조립식 블럭에 의해 건축 시공되는 건축 구조물에서 건축물 외벽체에 시공되는 외장단열재재 등을 시공 처리할 때, 비교적 간단하면서도 견고성을 갖는 시공이 가능하도록 하여, 시공에 대한 신뢰성과 작업 효율성은 물론, 외장단열재를 내장 스프링의 연장부위와 접하며 타단부가 수직상 연장 형성되는 수직단을 갖는 연결부재의 수직단과 직접 연결되며 고정되는 방식을 채택하여, 상기 외장단열재 외표면으로 스타코트의 도장 처리에 의해 건축물 외벽의 단열 및 마감을 동시에 시공 처리할 수 있어, 시공성 및 작업 공기성의 대폭적인 단축 및 이로인한 코스트의 절감 효과를 기대할 수 있는, 건축물 외벽의 조립식 외장단열재 시공구조를 제공한다.
