A two-layer gutter of a side cross section is installed in a road gutter or a park parking lot rapidly and smoothly drains water and temporarily stores rainwater. Accordingly, there is an effect of preventing various kinds of floods and road flooded accidents. Rainwater with satisfactory quality from which foreign materials are removed through a filter included in a gutter is discharged to a river through a rainwater pipe. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent environmental pollution caused by a nonpoint pollution source. It is possible to prevent a sink hole caused by the cultivation of underground water and depletion of underground water by allowing good rainwater to infiltrate the soil. Various kinds of pollutants are prevented from being deposited in the rainwater pipe to improve a rainwater exclusion function and to secure a watering cross section of the existing rainwater pipe. Accordingly, it is an economical facility which can substitute for the newest flood prevention facility according to changes in the weather, such as enlargement of the existing rainwater pipes and creation of a rainwater reservoir needing a huge budget.
본 발명에 따른 변단면의 이층측구는, 도로 측구 또는 공원 주차장 등에 설치되어 빗물을 신속하고 원활하게 배수시키고 일시적으로 우수를 저류하므로 각 종 홍수 및 도로 침수 사고 등을 예방하는 효과가 있으며, 측구 내에 포함된 여과재를 통해 이물질이 제거된 양호한 수질의 빗물이 우수관거를 통해 하천으로 방류하므로 비점오염원으로 인한 환경오염을 예방할 수 있으며, 양질의 빗물을 토양 침투시켜 지하수 함양과 지하수 고갈로 발생하는 싱크홀을 예방하고, 각 종 오염물이 우수관거내에 퇴적되지 않도록 하여 우수배제 기능 향상과 기존 우수관거의 통수단면을 확보함으로서 막대한 예산이 소요되는 기존 우수관거 확대 및 우수저류조 신설 등의 기후변화에 따른 최신의 홍수방재시설을 대신 할 수 있는 경제적인 시설이다.
