본 발명은 알루미나 성형체 또는 이트리아 성형체에 플라즈마에 대한 부식 저항성이 현저히 우수한 옥시플루오르화이트륨의 소결층을 형성하기 위하여, 정전분무를 이용하여 증착시킨 후, 동시소성함으로써, 고밀도, 고신뢰성의 F계 Cl계 플라즈마 모두에 대해 우수한 저항성을 갖는 세라믹 소결체를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 종래 제조방법으로 제조된 일반 세라믹 코팅층보다 수명이 길고, 상기 성형체와의 접착성과 플라즈마 저항성을 현저히 개선할 수 있다.
