METHOD FOR PACKING FILLER MATERIAL
간극의 공기를 빼내기 전에 개구로부터 충전재가 공기 빼기 도구 내에 유입하는 것을 방지하고, 간극에 충전재를 균일하게 충전할 수 있는 충전재의 충전 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기설 관로(P)와 상기 기설 관로(P)의 내주측에 설치된 라이닝재(100)의 간극에 충전재를 충전하는, 충전재의 충전 방법이다. 이 충전재의 충전 방법은, 상기 라이닝재(100)에 형성되는 공기 빼기 구멍(3a)에 공기 빼기 도구(200)를 삽입하고, 상기 기설 관로(P)의 내주면에 상기 공기 빼기 도구(200)의 선단면을 맞닿게 하여 고정하는 공기 빼기 도구 장착 공정과, 상기 간극에 충전재를 충전하면서, 상기 공기 빼기 도구(200)의 선단으로부터 상기 간극의 공기를 내보내는 충전 공정을 구비하며, 상기 공기 빼기 도구(200)는, 그 선단에 공기가 배출되는 공기 빼기부가 형성되어 있다.
An object is to provide a method for filling a gap with a filler material, the method enabling prevention of inflow of the filler material into an air removing tool through its opening before complete removal of air from the gap, and enabling uniform filling of the gap with the filler material. A method for filling a gap with a filler material is provided, the gap being between an existing conduit P and a lining material 100 provided inside the existing conduit P. The method includes: an air removing tool attaching step of inserting an air removing tool 200 into an air removing hole 3a bored through the lining material 100, and bringing a leading end face of the air removing tool 200 into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the existing conduit P; and a filling step of injecting the filler material into the gap while expelling air from the gap through a leading end of the air removing tool 200, the air removing tool 200 including, at its leading end, an air removing portion through which air is discharged.
