The present invention provides a rigid connection coupling structure between a precast concrete PC column and a PC beam, and a rigid connection coupling structure construction method using the same, to selectively use a PC beam support plate with improved workability installed on a PC column while realizing a moment connection scheme in a dry method. According to the present invention, the structure comprises: the PC column (100) including a column steel frame (110) exposed and installed between upper and lower concrete parts (130, 140) thereof, and a column bracket (120) horizontally installed on the outer surface of the column steel frame (110); the PC beam (200) including a beam concrete part (232) and a reinforcement steel frame (210) exposed on an upper end part of the beam concrete part (232); and the PC beam support plate (150) installed on a side surface of an upper end part of the lower concrete part (140) of the column at the same level as that of the lower concrete part (140) of the column.
본 발명은 기둥상부콘크리트(130)와 기둥하부콘크리트(140) 사이에 노출되어 설치되는 기둥철골(110)과 상기 기둥철골(110) 외면에 수평으로 설치되는 기둥브래킷(120)을 포함하는 PC기둥(100); 보콘크리트(232)와 상기 보콘크리트 상부 단부에 노출되는 보철골(210)을 포함하는 PC보(200); 상기 기둥하부콘크리트(140) 상부 단부 측면에 상기 기둥하부콘크리트(140)와 동일 레벨로 설치되는 PC보거치플레이트(150);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 보콘크리트(232) 하단은 상기 PC보거치플레이트(150)에 거치되고 상기 기둥브래킷(120)과 상기 보철골(210)은 플레이트를 사용하여 결합되며, 상기 기둥브래킷(120)과 상기 보철골(210) 그리고 상기 기둥철골(110)은 콘크리트(미도시) 타설시 함께 타설되어 강접합을 실현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC기둥 및 PC보의 강접합 결합구조, 이를 이용한 강접합 결합구조의 시공방법을 제공한다. 더불어 상기 PC보거치플레이트(150)는, 판재를 절곡한 형상으로 일단과 타단이 상기 기둥하부콘크리트(140)의 일단과 타단에 맞닿아 상기 콘크리트(미도시)의 누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC기둥 및 PC보의 강접합 결합구조, 이를 이용한 강접합 결합구조의 시공방법을 제공하며, 또한 상기 보콘크리트(232)는, 보본체콘크리트(230); 상기 보본체콘크리트(230) 측면에 단턱(242)을 이루면서 형성되는 보측면콘크리트(240);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 보측면콘크리트(240)의 하부면과 상기 보본체콘크리트(230) 하부면은 동일 레벨상에 형성되며, 상기 단턱(242)에는 슬래브(미도시)가 거치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC기둥 및 PC보의 강접합 결합구조, 이를 이용한 강접합 결합구조의 시공방법을 제공한다.
