Connection unit for coupling main steel girder and ancillary steel girder and connection methods using the same
An objective of the present invention is to provide a connection method connecting an auxiliary steel girder to a main steel girder in a semi-forced or a forced coupling to reduce drooping in construction, drooping, crack, and vibration during use; thereby reducing usage of steel materials. According to the present invention, the connection unit comprises: an upper plate (110) having a predetermined number of first bolt holes (112) formed therein; a lower plate (120) having a second bolt hole (122) formed in a position corresponding to the first bolt hole (112); a spacing plate (130) to maintain a space between the upper and lower plates (110, 120); an end plate (140) coupled to an end of the upper and lower plates (110, 120) to be perpendicular to the upper and lower plates (110, 120), and having a third bolt hole (142); and a support member (150) installed in either or both of the upper and lower plates (110, 120) in order to support the end plate (140) to form a right angle between the end plate (140) and the upper and lower plates (110, 120).
본 발명은 메인 철골보와 보조 철골보를 반강접합 또는 강접합으로 연결하여 시공시의 처짐 및 사용시의 처짐 및 균열과 진동을 줄일 수 있고, 이에 따라 강재 사용량을 줄일 수 있으며, 접합에 대한 시공이 단순하고 용이하다는 장점을 가진다.
