The present invention relates to a frame assembly structure of a door for crime prevention and insect resistance. According to the present invention, a screw connection unit (100, 100a) is integrally formed in a horizontal frame (10, 10a) and a vertical frame (20, 20a) in the longitudinal direction, and an insertion piece (300, 301) inserted into the horizontal frame (10) and the vertical frame (20, 20a) on both sides is formed in a connection member (30, 30a) connecting the horizontal frame (10) of the upper part of the vertical frame (20, 20a) on the both sides. A screw hole (302, 303) is formed in a same axial direction as that of the each screw connection unit (100, 200) formed in the horizontal frame (10) and the vertical frame (20, 20a) on the both sides. The screw hole (302, 303) is formed from a space (304, 305) dented from the outer surface of the connection member (30, 30a) so that a screw (40, 40a) can be connected. The frame assembly structure of the door for crime prevention and insect resistance enables a process of assembling a frame to be rapidly performed and is strong. The frame assembly structure of the door for crime prevention and insect resistance can seal the screw for connecting the frames and provides a beautiful appearance.
본 발명은 방범 방충용 도어의 프레임 조립 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 수평 프레임(10, 10a)과 수직 프레임(20, 20a)은 내부에 길이 방향으로 나사 체결부(100, 100a)가 일체로 형성되고, 상부의 수평 프레임(10)과 양쪽의 수직 프레임(20, 20a)을 연결하는 상기 연결부재(30, 30a)에는 상기 수평 프레임(10)과 양쪽의 수직 프레임(20, 20a)의 내측으로 삽입되는 삽입편(300, 301)이 형성되면서, 상기 수평 프레임(10)과 양쪽의 수직 프레임(20, 20a)에 형성된 각각의 나사 체결부(100, 200)와 동일한 축방향으로 나사공(302, 303)을 형성하되, 상기 나사공(302, 303)은 각각 연결부재(30, 30a)의 외부표면으로부터 함몰된 공간(304, 305)으로부터 형성되어 나사(40, 40a)가 체결될 수 있게 됨으로써, 프레임을 조립하는 공정이 신속하게 이루어지고, 견고하며, 프레임을 연결하는 체결용 나사를 은폐시킬 수 있게 되어 외관을 미려하게 할 수 있는 방범 방충용 도어의 프레임 조립 구조를 제공한다.
