Lining block embedded concrete and tank constructing method using thereof
According to the present invention, provided is a water tank construction method using concrete-filled lining blocks including: a first step of forming a bottom surface by forming a concrete foundation; a second step of assembling the prefabricated concrete-filled lining blocks corresponding to walls, columns, beams, and slabs into a water tank structure on the bottom surface; a third step of performing a sealing test by testing joints and pinholes formed by extrusion-welding corresponding portions of the concrete-filled lining blocks corresponding to inner joint units and edge units of the walls, columns, beams, and the slabs; a fourth step of placing concrete on a top surface of the bottom surface corresponding to an inner part of the water tank structure at a predetermined height and impregnating and installing a lining sheet for a floor surface on the concrete; and a fifth step of performing a sealing test by testing joints and pinholes formed by extrusion-welding contact portions of the concrete-filled lining blocks and the lining sheet for a floor surface corresponding to the walls and the columns.
본 발명에 의하면, 기초 콘크리트 작업에 따른 바닥면이 시공되는 제1단계; 바닥면의 상측면에 사전 제작된 벽체, 기둥, 보 및 슬래브에 해당되는 콘크리트 내장 라이닝 블록이 저수조 구조물로 조립 설치되는 제2단계; 벽체, 기둥, 보 및 슬래브의 내측 이음부 및 모서리부에 해당되는 콘크리트 내장 라이닝 블록의 해당부위에 압출용접을 통한 이음 연결 및 핀 홀 테스트를 통한 실링 테스트가 진행되는 제3단계; 저수조 구조물의 내측에 해당되는 바닥면의 상측면에 소정 높이로 콘크리트가 타설됨과 동시에 콘크리트의 상측에 바닥용 라이닝 시트가 함침 및 설치되는 제4단계; 및 벽체 및 기둥에 해당되는 콘크리트 라이닝 블록과 바닥용 라이닝 시트의 접촉부위에 압출용접을 통한 이음 연결 및 핀 홀 테스트를 통한 실링 테스트가 진행되는 제5단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 내장 라이닝 블록을 이용한 저수조 시공방법이 제공된다.
