Manufacturing method of heat insulator having multi-layer structure and heat insulating materials thereby
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an insulation material having a multilayer structure and an insulation material manufactured by the same and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing an insulation material having a multilayer structure capable of improving efficiency of using thermal energy by improving a performance of insulation of a building by being installed in a ceiling or an inner or an outer wall of the building; and an insulation material manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, an aluminum thin film is attached to an upper part and a lower part, and a first foamed Styrofoam interposed between the aluminum thin film. A cutting unit is formed to be alternate in a zigzag shape, and the first foamed Styrofoam is heated to form a solidified unit insulator. The unit insulation material is installed in a pair, and a second foamed Styrofoam is interposed between the pair of the unit insulation materials. The aluminum thin film is attached to an outermost layer; thereby the method of manufacturing the insulation material is able to improve the performance of insulating the building.
본 발명은 다층구조를 갖는 단열재 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 단열재에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 건축물의 천장이나 내외벽에 설치되어 건물의 단열 성능을 향상시켜 열에너지 이용 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 다층구조를 갖는 단열재 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 단열재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상하부에 알루미늄 박판이 접착되며, 그 사이에 제1 발포 스티로폼이 개재되되, 지그재그 형상으로 교번되도록 절단부를 형성하고, 상기 제1 발포 스티로폼을 인장시켜 가열하여 고형화한 단위 단열재를 형성하고, 이 단위 단열재를 한 쌍으로 구비하여 그 사이에 제2 발포 스티로폼을 개재한 뒤 최외층에 알루미늄 박판을 접착하여 건물의 단열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 다층구조를 갖는 단열재 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 단열재를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
