The present invention relates to a device for fixing a work plate for a steel pipe scaffold, which fixes, when a work plate for securing a work space and a walkway on a scaffold made of a steel pipe material installed for a high place work, the work plate by using a fixing device including a pair of corresponding clamps by the elasticity of a spring, thereby firmly and rapidly fixing the plate to improve safety and efficiency of the work. In other words, the device comprises: a pair of clamps which are formed in an arc shape to partially surround a steel pipe, and are operated in a cross state; a movable bracket which is provided with a pin shaft to be integrally penetrated in a state where pin holes formed at the upper portions of both clamps are crossed; a fixed bracket which is provided with support shafts on both sides to penetrate a shaft hole formed on one side adjacent to each pin hole, and is provided with a guide hole installed such that the movable bracket vertically moves up and down between both support shafts; a spiral hole which is formed to be penetrated vertically on the upper surface of the movable bracket; and a support rod which sequentially penetrates a buckle restraining the edge of the plate from the upper portion, a coil-type return spring, and a press spring applying elasticity to the pair of clamps, and is screwed to the spiral hole.
본 발명은 고소작업을 위해 설치된 강관소재의 비계에 작업공간 및 보행로를 확보하기 위한 발판을 설치할 때 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 서로 대응되게 동작하는 한 쌍의 집게로 된 고정장치를 사용하여 고정되게 함으로써, 발판의 고정작업을 견고하고 신속하게 하여 작업의 안전성과 효율성을 높일 수 있게 한 강관비계용 작업발판 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 즉, 강관을 부분적으로 감싸도록 원호형으로 성형되어 서로 교차상태에서 대응되게 동작하는 한 쌍의 집게와, 상기 양측 집게의 상부에 핀공을 각각 형성하여 그 핀공이 교차된 상태에서 일체로 관통되게 핀축이 구비된 가동브라켓과, 상기 각 핀공에 인접된 일 측에 축공을 형성하여 그 축공을 관통되게 지지축이 양측에 구비되고 그 양측 지지축의 사이에 가동브라켓이 수직으로 승강 가능하게 설치되는 가이드홀이 형성된 고정브라켓과, 상기 가동브라켓의 상부면에 수직 방향으로 관통되게 형성된 나선홀과, 상기 나선홀에 상부로부터 발판의 가장자리를 구속하는 버클과 코일 형태의 리턴스프링 및 한 쌍의 집게에 탄력을 가하는 가압스프링을 순차적으로 관통하여 나사결합되는 지지봉으로 구성된 것이다.
