FLOOR HINGE AND HOLD-OPEN REGULATING DEVICE THEREFOR
Disclosed is a floor hinge. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floor hinge comprises: a main body having an installation space formed inside in a longitudinal direction thereof and allowing operation oil to be injected into the installation space; an operation cam installed on the interior of the main body to be connected to an installed door; a main piston pressing a main spring installed on a connection rod toward the operation cam while moving in the longitudinal direction of the main body in accordance with rotation of the operation cam and pressing the main spring installed on the connection rod toward the operation cam side; an end plug coupled to one side of the main body and having a plurality of second flow paths formed along the periphery of the outer circumferential surface thereof, the second flow path connected to a first flow path formed in the main body; a piston valve installed on the end plug to be opposite to the main piston and opening and closing the second flow path while moved to one side in accordance with movement of the main piston; and a closing force adjustment device passing through the end plug to be connected to the inside of the main body, opened and closed in accordance with pressure generated by operation oil, and adjusting closing force as force momentarily applied to the door when the door is intended to be closed after fixed in a state of being open through rotation.
플로어 힌지가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 플로어 힌지는 내부에 길이방향을 따라 설치공간이 형성되고, 설치공간에 작동오일이 주입되는 메인 바디; 메인 바디의 내부에 설치되어 설치되는 도어와 연결되는 작동 캠; 작동 캠의 회전에 따라 메인 바디의 길이방향을 따라 이동되면서 연결로드 상에 설치되는 메인 스프링을 작동 캠 측으로 가압하는 메인 피스톤; 메인 바디의 일측에 결합되고, 메인 바디에 형성되는 제1 유로와 연결되는 복수의 제2 유로가 외주면 둘레를 따라 각각 형성되는 앤드 플러그; 앤드 플러그 상에서 메인 피스톤과 서로 마주하도록 설치되고, 메인 피스톤의 이동에 따라 일측으로 이동되면서 제2 유로를 개폐시키는 피스톤 밸브; 및 앤드 플러그를 관통하여 메인 바디의 내부와 연결되고, 작동오일에 의해 발생되는 압력에 따라 개폐되면서 도어가 회전되어 열린 상태로 고정된 후, 도어를 닫고자 할 때, 도어에 순간적으로 가해지는 힘인 해지력을 조절하는 해지력 조절장치를 포함한다.
