The present invention relates to a strut type road facility comprising: a strut (110) fixedly installed on a road and having an arm (120) connected to an upper portion thereof; and an emergency bell (130) mounted on the strut (110) and having an emergency button (132) and a loudspeaker (133) to enable connection and communication with a situation room in an emergency. The strut (110) is provided in multiple stages to be assembled and disassembled, and thus can be used by replacing only damaged parts when damage is caused due to an external impact, and the installation direction of the strut can be immediately modified and changed according to the circumstance or situation of an installation site. As the emergency bell (130) is provided with a front surface to emit light, excellent discrimination can be provided at night or at a long distance. According to the present invention, the night visibility of the emergency bell can be greatly increased through the provision of the light-emitting emergency bell, and the emergency bell can be easily identified at a long distance at night and can also be used conveniently and quickly by users in an emergency or a crisis. Moreover, when the strut is damaged, only a lower part where damage usually occurs can be replaced to be used, and the strut can be replaced without removing various equipment such as a camera or a housing which is installed on the strut in accordance with the partial replacement, thereby saving economic cost and time.
본 발명은 지주형 도로 시설물에 관한 것으로서, 도로 상에 고정 설치되며, 상부에 아암(120)이 연결되는 지주(110); 상기 지주(110)에 장착되는 것으로서, 긴급 상황시 상황실과 연결 및 통화 가능하도록 비상버튼(132) 및 스피커(133)를 갖는 비상벨(130);을 포함하되, 상기 지주(110)는 다단으로 구비하여 조립 및 분해 가능하도록 구성함으로써 외부 충격에 의한 파손시 파손부분만 교체하여 사용할 수 있도록 하고 설치현장의 여건이나 상황에 따라 설치방향을 즉석에서 수정 및 변경할 수 있도록 구성하며; 상기 비상벨(130)은 전면이 발광하도록 구비하여 야간이나 먼 거리에서 뛰어난 식별력을 제공할 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 발광 비상벨의 구비를 통해 비상벨에 대한 야간 시인성을 크게 높일 수 있으면서 야간에 먼거리에서도 쉽게 비상벨을 식별할 수 있고 긴급이나 위기 상황발생시 이용자들이 용이하면서 빠르게 사용할 수 있으며, 지주의 파손시 파손이 주로 일어나는 하단부분만 교체하여 사용할 수 있고 이러한 부분 교체에 따라 지주 상에 설치된 카메라나 함체 등의 각종 장비를 철거하지 않은 상태로 지주를 교체할 수 있어 경제적 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있다.
