The present invention relates to a heat insulation cover to prevent outer wind and noise and, more specifically, relates to a heat insulation cover which has a zipper on a frame to open and close a door as necessary and cover an entire door with the heat insulation cover capable of preventing cold wind flowing inside through various doors (sliding door, a hinged door, and the like). The heat insulation cover (10) covers the entire front surface of a water gauge box (31) to prevent the cold wind (outer wind) from flowing into the water gauge box (31) having the hinged door (30) in front. The heat insulation cover (10) has the zipper (12) sewn on an inner side of a frame unit (11) of the heat insulation cover (10), and the inner side of the frame unit (11) of the heat insulation cover (10) is open when the zipper (12) is open. The frame unit (11) is fixated to a front frame (32) of the water gauge box (31) by an additional frame (20).
본 발명은 외풍 및 소음 차단용 보온덮개에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각종 문(미닫이문 여닫이문 등)을 통해 유입되는 찬바람을 차단할 수 있는 보온덮개를 문 전체에 커버하되 필요에 따라 문을 여닫을 수 있도록 테두리에 지퍼가 있는 기술을 제공하고자 한다. 구성은 다음과 같다. 전방에 여닫이문(30)이 있는 수도계량기함(31) 내부로 찬바람(외풍이라 칭함)이 유입되지 않도록 상기 수도계량기함(31) 정면 전체를 커버하는 보온덮개(10)를 갖되 상기 보온덮개(10)는 상기 보온덮개(10)의 테두리부(11) 안쪽에 지퍼(12)를 봉재하여 상기 지퍼(12)를 개방하면 상기 보온덮개(10)의 테두리부(11) 안쪽이 개방되고, 상기 테두리부(11)는 별도의 틀(20)에 의해 상기 수도계량기함(31)의 전방 테두리(32)에 고정되는 구성을 특징으로 하는 외풍 및 소음 차단용 보온덮개.
