FORM PANEL
The present invention relates to a lightweight molded panel that can be manufactured with only a yoke frame without a trunnion material, supports a sufficient load, and can minimize noise caused by shocks caused by the arrangement of reinforcing bars at the time of construction and noise. The lightweight molded panel includes: a plate member comprising an outer first plate member and an inner second plate member spaced apart from each other and having a space portion between the two plates; a yoke member provided along the outer end of the plate member; and a support member having one end connected to the first plate and the other end connected to the second plate to define the space. The board member, the yoke member, and the support member are integrally extruded.
본 발명은 장선재 없이 멍에재 프레임만으로 제작되면서도 충분한 하중을 지지하고, 나아가 시공 시에 철근 배치에 따르는 충격에 대한 완충과 흡음을 통한 소음 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 경량화된 거푸집 패널에 관한 것으로, 상호 이격된 외측 제1판재 및 내측 제2판재로 이루어져, 상기 두 판재 사이에 공간부를 갖는 널부재와, 상기 널부재 외측 단부를 따라 구비된 멍에부재와, 일단은 상기 제1판재에 타단은 상기 제2판재에 연결되어, 상기 공간부를 구획하는 지지부재를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 널부재, 멍에부재 및 지지부재는 일체로 압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
