The present invention relates to a ceramic product with crack and absorption prevention functions. According to the present invention, the ceramic product with crack and absorption prevention functions is a third generation heat-resistant ceramic product which enables 100% glass nitriding of the body to eliminate capillaries connecting pores in the body and prevent damage due to moisture absorption even when cracks are formed on the glazing layer due to repeated use, thereby ensuring excellent durability and semi-permanent use. The heat-resistant ceramic product has high strength and is 30% lighter in weight compared to the first and second generation heat-resistant ceramic products. The heat-resistant ceramic product is also hygienic by preventing penetration and elution of the detergent used in a washing operation. The heat-resistant ceramic product can be produced in various colors compared to conventional heat-resistant ceramic products often produced in black and grey colors to hide the traces of food items thereon.
본 발명은 무균열, 무흡수 내열자기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 무균열, 무흡수 내열자기는 이른바 3세대 내열자기로서, 내열자기 본체를 이루는 소지의 100% 완전자화(100% 유리질화)가 가능하여 본체 내부에 기공 및 기공들 간 연결길(모세관)들을 갖지 않아, 반복된 사용으로 유약의 균열이 발생하더라도 수분 흡수로 인한 파손이 없어 내구성이 월등히 뛰어나 반영구적으로 사용가능하다. 또한, 본 발명의 내열자기는 높은 강도를 가져 1,2 세대 내열자기 대비 70% 중량으로 제조되는 등 경량화가 가능하고, 세척 시 사용된 세제의 침투 및 용출이 없어 위생적이다. 나아가, 기존의 내열자기는 음식물 등의 흔적이 남아 그 흔적을 감추고자 흑색계통으로 생산되었으나, 본 발명의 내열자기는 다양한 색상으로 생산가능하다.
