The present invention relates to a cement admixture, a manufacturing method thereof, cement having a cement admixture, and concrete having a cement admixture, which recycle dry desulfurized gypsum generated as a waste in a petroleum cokes gasification process and waste water generated when sand is made using waste stone as a raw material, thereby utilizing the petroleum cokes in quantity. The method for manufacturing the cement admixture according to the present invention comprises the steps of: primarily mixing and stirring the dry desulfurized gypsum containing calcium oxide (CaO), calcium sulfate (CaSO_4) and calcium carbonate (CaCO_3) and waste water or clean water containing calcium carbonate (CaCO_3) and silicon dioxide (SiO_2); secondarily mixing and stirring the dry desulfurized gypsum and the waste water to produce mixed powder; forming the mixed powder; aging the mixed powder; and drying the mixed powder.
본 발명은 시멘트 혼화재와 그 제조방법 및 상기 시멘트 혼화재를 포함한 시멘트 및 상기 시멘트 혼화재를 포함한 콘크리트에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 시멘트 혼화재의 제조방법은 산화칼슘(CaO), 황산칼슘(CaSO) 및 탄산칼슘(CaCO)을 포함하는 건식탈황석고와 탄산칼슘(CaCO), 이산화규소(SiO)를 포함하는 폐수 또는 청수를 1차 혼합 및 교반하는 단계, 상기 건식탈황석고와 폐수를 2차 혼합 및 교반하여 혼합분말을 제조하는 단계, 상기 혼합분말을 성형하는 단계, 상기 혼합분말을 숙성시키는 단계 및 상기 혼합분말을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
