Joints Appartus of The Concrete Piles and Steel Pipe
Disclosed is a joint device for a concrete pile and a steel pipe including a plurality of ring-shaped connection blocks coupled to the facing ends of the piles used for ground reinforcement by a bolt and coupling the piles to be stood, and a press-fitting coupling means capable of integrally coupling the connection blocks without a gap by forcibly coupling fitting protrusions separately protruding from the facing surfaces of the connection blocks in a circumference at constant intervals and fitting holes. The joint device for the concrete pile and the steel pipe is capable of mutually coupling the piles used for ground reinforcement without coupling a separate bolt; thereby obtaining an effect of reducing a work time and efforts by enabling workers to easily couple the piles.
본 발명은 콘크리트 파일 및 강관 이음장치를 개시하고 있다. 지반 강화를 위하여 사용하는 파일들의 대향 단부에 볼트로 체결되어 상기 파일들을 직립상태로 결합함에 제공되는 복수개의 링형상 이음블럭과, 상기 이음블럭들의 대향면으로부터 원주를 따라서 일정 간격을 두고 각각 돌출되게 대향 설치된 끼움돌기들과 끼움공들의 강제 결합으로 상기 이음블럭들을 빈틈 없이 일체적으로 결합할 수 있게 하는 강제 끼움결합수단을 포함하여, 지반 강화에 사용하는 파일들을 연결함에 있어 별도의 볼트를 체결하지 않고 서도 결합할 수 있어 작업자들로 하여금 파일 결합을 손쉽게 결합할 수 있게 하는 작업시간과 수고를 절감하는 효과를 부여한다.
