Assambly structure and eaves-supporting member of duplex type Korean-style house and Buddhist temple
The present invention relates to an assembly structure of a traditional eves-supporting wooden piece (dapo) for a duplex Korean-style house and Buddhist temple. The assembly structure comprises: at least one dapo fixing member having a dovetail groove in a depressed shape in the downward and inward directions from the surface thereof and bolted to a fixed object and stacked; a capital having an expansion portion formed at the center of the surface thereof and having a latching protrusion formed on one side wall and engaged with the dovetail groove; and a dapo having a latching groove and a latching protrusion and assembled on an upper portion of the capital. Therefore, since standardized mass production can be achieved at a factory, the work done by a master craftsman can be easily performed by a general skilled person. A dapo assembly which is assembled after immediately carrying out a traditional multicolored paintwork (dancheong) of the dapo assembly at a factory rather than at a duplex Korean-style house and Buddhist temple construction site can be quickly and easily assembled on the site at the duplex Korean-style house and Buddhist temple construction site. Moreover, when the dapo assembly is broken, the dapo assembly can be simply separated from the fixed object and be repaired and quickly assembled on the site, thereby shortening the construction period and reducing the labor cost.
본 발명은 복층 한옥 및 사찰의 다포 조립구조에 있어서, 표면에서 하부 및 내측 방향을 향하여 함몰된 형상으로 형성된 주먹장홈을 갖고 피고정물에 볼트로 체결되어 적층되는 적어도 하나 이상의 다포 고정부재와; 표면 중앙에 확개부가 형성되고 일측벽에 상기 주먹장홈에 걸림되는 걸림돌기가 형성된 주두와; 걸림홈 및 걸림돌기를 갖고 상기 주두 상부에 조립되는 다포를 포함한 다포 조립체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 공장에서 규격화된 양산 제작이 가능하여 장인이 하던 작업을 일반 기능인도 쉽게 작업할 수 있는 이점과 아울러 다포 조립체의 단청을 복층 한옥 및 사찰 시공 현장이 아닌 공장에서 바로 행하여 조립된 다포 조립체를 복층 한옥 및 사찰 시공현장에서 신속 간편하게 현장 조립할 수 있는 이점이 있으며, 다포 조립체 파손시 피고정물로부터 간편하게 분리하여 수리를 거쳐 신속하게 현장조립 할 수 있도록 함으로써 공기를 단축하고 인건비 등을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
