The present invention relates to a locking device for window, which can lock a window simply in a state in which a sliding window is opened at a predetermined interval for the purpose of indoor air circulation and can prevent intrusion by generating an alarm if an intruder tries to open the window forcibly in a state in which a lock is set. The present invention to achieve the above comprises: a rough unit (100) which is installed in a window frame (1) and is installed in the opening and closing direction of a window (3) combined to be able to slide; a fixing frame (200) which is installed in one side of the window (3); a lifting frame (300) which is elastically supported upwards through an elastic spring (320) while being combined to be able to slide in the fixing frame (200) in a vertical direction and has a holding unit (330) in the bottom surface; and a locking/unlocking unit (400) which is installed between the fixing frame (200) and the lifting frame (300), is locked as the holding unit (330) is held and fixated on the rough unit (100) while the lifting frame (300) descends when pressing the lifting frame (300) downwards, and converts the locked state into an unlocked state while the lifting frame (300) ascends when pressing the lifting frame (300) downwards again.
본 발명은 실내 환기 등의 목적으로 슬라이딩 창짝을 소정 간격 개방한 상태에서 창짝을 간단하게 잠금 설정할 수 있으며, 잠금이 설정된 상태에서 강제로 창짝을 개방하려는 경우 알람을 발생시켜 침입을 예방할 수 있도록 한 창호용 잠금장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 창틀프레임(1) 내에 설치되되, 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합된 창짝(3)의 개폐방향을 따라 설치되는 요철부(100); 상기 창짝(3) 일측에 설치되는 고정프레임(200); 상기 고정프레임(200)에 상하로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되되 탄성스프링(320)을 매개로 상측으로 탄성 지지되며, 저면에 걸림부(330)가 구비되는 승강프레임(300); 및 상기 고정프레임(200)과 승강프레임(300) 사이에 설치되며, 상기 승강프레임(300)을 하방으로 누름 조작 시 상기 승강프레임(300)이 하강됨과 동시에 상기 걸림부(330)가 요철부(100)에 걸림 고정되면서 잠금 상태가 되고, 상기 승강프레임(300)을 다시 한 번 하방으로 누르면 상기 승강프레임(300)이 상승되면서 잠금 해제 상태가 되도록 전환해주는 잠금/해제부(400);를 포함한다.
