According to the present invention, a vacuum insulation composite panel comprises: a core material; a vacuum insulation material having a bag member surrounding the core material; and a reinforcement panel coupled to be stacked on the vacuum insulation material. The bag member comprises: a fusion layer laminated on a surface of the core material; a blocking layer laminated on a surface of the fusion layer; a protective layer laminated on a surface of the blocking layer; and a flocking unit attached to a surface of the protective layer.
본 발명에 따른 진공단열 복합패널은, 심재와, 상기 심재를 둘러싸는 봉지부재를 포함하는 진공단열재 및 상기 진공단열재에 적층방식으로 결합되는 보강패널을 포함하며, 상기 봉지부재는, 상기 심재의 표면에 적층되는 융착층과, 상기 융착층 표면에 적층되는 차단층과, 상기 차단층의 표면에 적층되는 보호층과, 상기 보호층의 표면에 부착되는 플로킹부를 포함한다.
