The present invention relates to a rebar insulation apparatus for a concrete roadbed having a hook structure and a structure of facilitating a rebar bundle to more easily bind rebars installed on a concrete roadbed. The rebar insulation apparatus comprises: a base member having a first holder portion on which a rebar is positioned on the upper surface, having a second holder portion on which a rebar is positioned on the lower surface thereof, having a first coupling portion for coupling with an upper cover and a second coupling portion for coupling with a lower cover on the lateral surface excluding the upper and lower surfaces, having a hole for inserting a coupling member in any one of the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion, and having a fastening member fitting portion to which a part of the fastening member is fitted and fixed on the lateral surface; an upper cover which is provided with a holder portion opposed to the first holder portion and is provided with a locking portion for coupling with the first coupling portion; and a lower cover which is provided with a holder portion opposed to the second holder portion, and is provided with a locking portion for coupling with the second coupling portion.
콘크리트 도상에 설치되는 철근을 보다 간편하게 결속시키기 위해 후크 방식의 구조 및 철근 묶음을 용이하게 하는 구조를 가진 콘크리트 도상의 철근 절연 장치를 제시한다. 제시된 철근 절연 장치는 상면에 철근이 위치하는 제 1 홀더부가 형성되고 하면에는 철근이 위치하는 제 2 홀더부가 형성되고 상면 및 하면을 제외한 측면에 상부 커버와의 결합을 위한 제 1 결합부 및 하부 커버와의 결합을 위한 제 2 결합부가 형성되고 제 1 결합부 및 제 2 결합부 중 어느 하나에는 체결부재가 삽입되는 구멍이 형성되고 측면에는 체결부재의 일부분이 끼워져서 고정되는 체결부재 끼움부가 형성된 베이스 부재, 제 1 홀더부에 대향되는 홀더부가 형성되고 제 1 결합부와의 결합을 위한 걸림부가 형성된 상부 커버, 및 제 2 홀더부에 대향되는 홀더부가 형성되고 제 2 결합부와의 결합을 위한 걸림부가 형성된 하부 커버를 포함한다.
