UHPC Manufacturing method of Ultra High Performance Concrete using UHPC premix composition with cement
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ultra-high performance concrete by using a UHPC premix cement composition capable of manufacturing the ultra-high performance concrete by smoothly mixing the UHPC premix cement composition without additionally inputting water or a water reducing agent after storing the UHPC premix cement composition including cement and silica fume for a long time. The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the ultra-high performance concrete by using the UHPC premix cement composition capable of manufacturing the ultra-high performance concrete by mixing the water and a high performance water reducing agent, which are liquid materials by a mix design, in the UHPC premix cement composition which is generated by mixing the cement, the silica fume, and a filling agent in advance. The method for manufacturing the ultra-high performance concrete by using the UHPC premix cement composition comprises: (a) step of dividing the UHPC premix cement composition into a first composition and a second composition; (b) step of inputting the first composition and the liquid materials by the mix design in a mixer, firstly mixing the same, and inducing first bunching and loosening; (c) step of inputting the second composition in the mixer, secondly mixing the same, and inducing second bunching and loosening; and (d) step of mixing a loosened composition at a high speed, liquefying the same, and securing high liquidity.
본 발명은 시멘트와 실리카 퓸이 포함된 UHPC 프리믹스 시멘트 혼합물을 장기간 보관 후에도 물 또는 감수제의 추가 혼입 없이 원활히 혼합하여 초고성능 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있는 UHPC 프리믹스 시멘트 혼합물을 이용한 초고성능 콘크리트의 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 UHPC 프리믹스 시멘트 혼합물을 이용한 초고성능 콘크리트의 제조방법은 시멘트, 실리카 퓸 및 충전재를 사전에 혼합하여 구성된 UHPC 프리믹스 시멘트 혼합물에 배합설계에 의한 액상재료인 물과 고성능 감수제를 혼합하여 초고성능 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 상기 UHPC 프리믹스 시멘트 혼합물을 제1혼합물과 제2혼합물로 분할하는 단계; (b) 믹서에 상기 제1혼합물 및 상기 배합설계에 의한 액상재료를 투입하고 1차 믹싱하여 1차 뭉침 및 풀어짐을 유도하는 단계; (c) 상기 믹서에 제2혼합물을 투입하고 2차 믹싱하여 2차 뭉침 및 풀어짐을 유도하는 단계; 및 (d) 풀어진 혼합물을 고속 믹싱하여 액상화함으로써 고유동성을 확보하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
